REWARD CURRENCIES & BENEFITS
For 2022, your Great Canadian Rewards Tier Level will remain the same during this Tier Period. Your Tier Credits will be reset to 0.
The Tier Period will not impact a player’s eligibility for promotions, gifts or emailed offers as it based on a set criteria of carded play.
Reward Points, Promo Play and Comp Dollars will remain untouched.
Tier Credits are earned on all recorded casino gaming activity at Great Canadian Rewards destinations, excluding Bonus Slot Play, and determine Tier Level. Tier Credits are reset at the start of each Tier Period, which run October 1 to March 31 and April 1 to September 30.
Tier Credits earned during a Tier Period determines a member’s Tier Level. At the end of each Tier Period, credits revert to 0 but you will maintain the Tier Level earned.

Great Canadian Rewards has two (2) Tier Periods:
- Tier Period 1: April 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022
- Tier Period 2: October 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023
Reward Points are earned through casino gaming activity on slot machines and electronic table games. Reward Points are not earned on bets made with free play credits on machines, or any bets made on live table games. Reward Points are earned and redeemable across all Great Canadian Entertainment Sites in Ontario. Reward Points can be redeemed for free play credits on slot machines only. 100 Reward Points = $1.00 in Free Play Credits.
Comp Dollars are earned through casino gaming activity on Slot Machines, electronic Tables, and live Table Games. Comp Dollars are not earned on bets made with free play credits or free bet offers. Comp Dollars are accumulated across all Great Canadian Rewards destinations in Ontario and hold a maximum bank of $10,000. Comp Dollars can be redeemed at participating amenities.
Reward Points and Comp Dollars do not expire unless there has been no casino gaming activity on this account in the previous 180 days.

Cardless play is currently available at Casino Woodbine, Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel, Casino Ajax, Casino Ajax, Pickering Casino Resort and Elements Casinos. We are working as fast as possible to enable this feature at all Shorelines locations very soon.

PREVIOUS LOYALTY PROGRAMS - AXIS, ELEMENTS, ONE REWARDS
Existing loyalty members (AXIS, Elements, One Rewards) will automatically transfer to the Great Canadian Rewards system on August 3, 2022. AXIS and Elements Rewards members must get their new Great Canadian Rewards card printed beginning August 3,2022. One Rewards members may continue to use their One Rewards card after August 3, 2022 but it will be considered a Great Canadian Rewards card when rating play.
Values from current loyalty program balances will be transferred over to your new Great Canadian Rewards account. For example, if you have $5.00 balance in Reward Points in your current account then you will have a $5.00 balance of Reward Points in your new Great Canadian Rewards account.

When members transfer to the Great Canadian Rewards program, they will be placed in the Tier Level that matches their current Tier Level in the previous loyalty program:

Members with an AXIS or Elements Rewards card will receive a new Great Canadian Rewards number. One Rewards members will have their account number transfer to Great Canadian Rewards.
